This kinda reminds me of how, for some reason, around the time i was 13 i switched from taking baths to taking showers.. and , overnight, the idea of soaking in my own filth in a bathtub seemed disgusting.. prior to that I’d never taken a shower in my life, now -other than a couple of bubble baths with old girlfriends- i dont think ive taken a bath in over 30 years .

Take a shower to rinse off, get clean. Take a bath to relax and destress.
The power of the hot bath soak should not be underrated.
