Also at the grocery checkout when in my mid 40's sporting salt & pepper hair and the very young lady running the cash register gave me the "Senior Discount" on my purchases.

Went to the doc for a knee issue. I have arthritis is both knees, have for years. Meniscus issues. Also for years.
This time, doc gave me a cane to help with balance and told me to take it easy on the Tylenol arthritis and mix irbil with the Aleve.
