The issue seems to be the female. She was detaining the white kid then just stopped and went and knelt on the black kid.

Both are terrible.
Black kid on his back with larger and older white kid on top delivering blows.
Cops rush and immediately kneel on the black kids back while the white kid waits on a fricking couch. No wonder these two cops are working at the fricking mall.
