Women’s basketball team looks incredible

Until Kim Mulkey came to coach, I didn’t pay attention to the women’s basketball team. Kim Mulkey has generated plenty of excitement into the program. If you haven’t watched the team, tune in and you wont be disappointed.

I’m happy that LSU womens basketball is good. I dunno man…. I just can’t watch womens basketball. I know I’m missing a lot of awesome layups but it is what it is.

Not surprising at all, KM will win a title within 4 years, she's one of the best if not the best coach in Women's college hoops.
The Arkansas game was a bit of a klunker, not sure what happened there, and they almost blew a 20 point second half lead against Georgia but otherwise have been impressive and they have talent - you knew there would be good transfers come in with Mulkey.....cause she's Mulkey!

fwiw . I would attend one or two games a year in the past for support.. this year is nothing like the past and the crowd is full..fun.. and games are competitive…
I picked up season tickets this year and am glad I did.

I agree with this. But it is astonishing how great the 3 guards are at the mid-range jumper; but then you put them behind the 3 point line and it becomes less great.
That's not to say they are bad...well, Cherry is bad at the 3...but just not as good as you would think they should be. As a team they shoot 33% from beyond the arc, while Pointer is at 39%, Morris is 33%, and Cherry is a whopping 9% (yikes).
Funny thing is, I think Cherry actually has the best looking form stroke of the 3 and she is by far the worst 3 pt shooter.
