Doing a Europe trip later this year and taking a flight from Naples to Split. easyjet is the only airline that has good times but flights are dirt cheap compared to others. Guessing this is the Spirit of Europe? Anyone have experience with them?

Yes, they have good flight options in Central/Eastern/Southern Europe. Cheap and cheerful. No issues but it's definitely Spirit / RyanAir.

Flown them a couple times. Simple but cheap and to the point. Just make sure your bag fits their guidelines and you'll be good to go. Give yourself some extra time at the airport for check in - just a rule of thumb in Europe in general. Security just takes longer over there.

Also pay attention to what airport you're booking into/out of. It may not be a smaller airport a little further out of town.

That shouldn't be a deal-breaker given the cost difference, but just something to keep in mind when arranging transportation and planning your travel days.
