Have seats in Sec 38 Row 1. My question is can you actually see the game from those seats, or are they too low and the view is blocked by the players? Has anybody ever sat that low in The Swamp?

We are in sec 36 row 1...

I think we'll be watching most of the game from the Jumbotrons. I guess we'll get a good view of the sideline action.

They give LSU the first 8 rows...must be for the visibility reasons

Never sat in those seats specifically. In Tiger Stadium those seats are horrible. Another concern I would have is being somewhat isolated from the the other Tiger Fans.... I enjoy being in the mix on road games. I'd be content with those seats, but if you rather be picky I have two people coming with me in section 45 midway up "complete section of LSU" that have been looking to get in those seats. They'd swap with you I'm sure.

I sat one row up from that 2 years ago and it wasn't too terrible. Yes, the players are right there but you can still see whats going on. It is right in the middle of the Florida student section though which is rather interesting.

Those seats are horrible, but I'll trade you for two tickets in the "Sunshine Seats" with all LSU fans around you. I'll even pay you an extra $50.

Actually, those seats are awesome. I sat there about ten years ago (the year after we beat the #1 gator team in tiger stadium). You will be directly behind the LSU bench, but you are sitting about 8-10 off the ground. You can easily see over the players, but you are close enough to the action to hear the hits, etc.

Seriously though, if you want to trade them, let me know.

There is about a 20 row buffer of alumni between that visitor's patch and our student section, but you are still in some jeopardy of typical SEC student section antics. Personally, I wouldn't want to sit that close to the field because I like to get a little depth perception, but you will get a cool angle on the game as you'll see what's happening on the LSU sideline and as another poster said, you'll probably hear some bone-crushing hits.

I just talked to my friends, like I said they would swap in a heart beat(They are younger and rather be by the student section of UF) and their seats are close to mine and definitely not bad seats. Either way you end up with good seats IMHO.
