the only way I would have joined the military was after I had a degree so I'd go in as an officer. After I had my b.s. and m.s. there were far more lucrative (and safer) careers. So, I guess I don't regret it.
I had a law school buddy that went JAG and he made a really nice career out of it. That could have been OK - he got to play with lots of cool toys too.
