Chicken, would you say that the success of td.com has met or exceeded your expectations? When you 1st started this, did you really think it would become as popular as it has? Just curious, since you are now my new hero.

What do you think? The moto used to be: "The crappiest LSU site on the internet."

boxcar, you are asking some excellent questions. Let me take them one by one.

boxcar, we really didn't have expectations when we started. We just wanted to make a presence on the internet and attract users to a site centered around a subject that we were passionate about: LSU sports.

boxcar, we knew we would find success. The internet was still very new when we started (2001/2002). There wasn't a ton of competition at the time, so it was easy for us to stand out.

boxcar, kissing my arse is against site rules. Please remember that in the future.

Chicken, what would you say was the turning point in the development of this site? What put it on the map? What would attribute to the influx of members?

Thanks for the answers Chicken. The beginnings of things that eventually become great is a subject that interests me. And arse far as kissing your arse, I was just kidding about the hero thing. I was just faking to get some candid answers out of you.

Another excellent question. I would like to hear the answer to this one too.

My Question: How did you come up with the user name Chicken?
