Do you wonder what we do with ICE vehicles when they're scrapped? Probably the same thing.

If you're wondering about the batteries specifically, once they are "spent" for EV use they still have about 70% of their original capacity, making them a great choice to be repurposed as home backup power storage. After that, or as an alternative, nearly 100% of lithium battery materials are infinitely recyclable. A pile of old EV batteries will make for a very resource rich "mine" for making new batteries.
