Why is there no description of that alleged rapist - height, weight, eye color,race and so on? How we going to catch this fellow without good info?

Glad there isn't. The cops know who he is and probably already talked to him.
No need to broadcast his name and info to ruin his life if it turns out this is a false allegation.
