For the most part, and speaking generally, a majority of these murders are within areas that you would not generally go to, and involve people who are generally doing something or had done something that put them in the position to get murdered.

I think that's changed in the last 2-3 years. It's not a Marerro vs. Old Metairie thing anymore. It's everywhere.
