Apparently, construction on the exit/entrance ramps for this project will not even begin for another 2-3 years. They haven’t even began the bidding process on phase 3. This is a project that started in 2017 and probably will not be completed until after 2017. Pathetic…but very typical of LA. Any other state would have had this completed in 2 years.

Only in Louisiana can we make an almost rural off ramp construction project seem like the Big Dig.

Literally from your own link that you posted, they say they don’t want to build Interstate ramp access until Pecue is 4 lanes from Airline to Perkins. So that has to be constructed first. It is planned out this way.

I swear some of y’all just love to complain.
