Is vacuum sealing ok? Or does it smash the seeds? Is the envelope in a mason jar the best ole' way to do it. Of course after drying them.

I am scared vacuum sealing locks in too much moisture (if too much is left).
I put them in a loosely closed ziploc and have a Tupperware in my fridge.

We store seeds in small paper bags then air tight sealed in glass jars.

Personally, I adjust humidity of room I’m working in, and then use a vacuum seal pump for mason jars - voila! ideal long-term storage. Store them in my basement at 63-65 degrees. Or you could freeze them I guess?
