If her O2 saturations are in the 90's on 6-7 liter nasal cannula she should be able to easily maintain that or higher for a transport on NRB or less...for a good, long while.

Expand your hospital search...2 hours is probably a safe ride...maybe farther.

IF this hospital can't even supply a 15 lpm high flow cannula to keep her out of the 70's at night it shouldn't be open.

Hell...tell them to call the other hospitals and beg/borrow what they need.
