Yea we are trying to get her moved. Im not family, just a neighbor and friend giving them all the info i can. I may get it and die tomorrow. But i was was proactive last yr and got myself and my parents Rx for ivermecting, and got it filled. Also have zinc, d3, vitamin c stocked up. But for neighbor at the moment, i think we are past all of that. She has been negative for covid for 9 or 10 days now. Just got the double pneumonia set in. Which is a whole diff beast

Ask the daughter if it’s viral or bacterial .. and how it’s being treated as someone mentioned before.
I don’t think the remdesiver would help with pneumonia. That’s typically antibiotics no? Just has to be the right one.
I hope that she’s being made to get up and move as well. Many here have said no matter how bad you feel to get up and move. In her case shenlikwly would need help — but it’s worth asking about.

If her O2 saturations are in the 90's on 6-7 liter nasal cannula she should be able to easily maintain that or higher for a transport on NRB or less...for a good, long while.
Expand your hospital search...2 hours is probably a safe ride...maybe farther.
IF this hospital can't even supply a 15 lpm high flow cannula to keep her out of the 70's at night it shouldn't be open.
Hell...tell them to call the other hospitals and beg/borrow what they need.
