If Russian troops do not actually invade Ukraine, they are not mobilizing to invade Ukraine. The United States government and the American media are 100% responsible for the hysteria over this situation, and for blowing the actual risk of war out of proportion. That is why nations like Croatia, Germany, Ukraine, and France are distancing themselves from our toxic bullshite and working with the Russians themselves/through the EU.

As of this moment, he has literally done nothing. There is no one to "blame" for Russia deploying its own troops on its own territory. The one to "blame" for the "crisis" is the entity that purposefully chose to resort to hysterical messaging in order to dominate the news.
