Tackett is a great kid. He is all about the football. Tough,Humble he is a joy to watch.
Just some insight. LSU under O completely dropped the ball, he was rarely contacted compared to everyone else.
He’s not an attention seeker BUT that helps him see who views him as a priority. He has 44 offers and he uses that to help separate schools.
He had several schools watch his games weekly. They flew in from Wisconsin OU etc.
Wisconsin has come 5 times from Madison. Watched regular season game, semi final and championship game. On Monday Head Coach Paul Chryst and LB coach flew to Many. They are coming back this Monday.
The DC for Ohio State made his first trip to Many and gave out his first offer(Tackett had already developed relationship with him at Oklahoma State).
Do you get the picture teams have poured into that kid and his home state team can’t get in car and drive up I-49.
The family holds nothing against this new staff BUT they have an uphill battle thanks to O.
Monday schools that will be at Many will be
Georgia
Michigan
Wisconsin

If that’s all the case, just park a dude like Sloan in Many. Dude should be plugged into that area, so show your worth there, guy.

Here comes every Many poster to tell you how LSU isn’t giving him enough attention, should’ve offered him in the 8th grade and should be living on his doorstep but the kid doesn’t feel like he needs to go to LSU and is going to pick whichever school he wants.
It’s in the water around the area. Just like the coach, you gotta make Many folks feel like they are important even when they aren’t. LSU hasn’t signed a kid out of the area in 2 decades and will be fine without Tackett. He could go vanish in Madison with those coaches that are showing him so much attention.

You got receipts or pictures of all these visits particularly Paul Chryst? If Chryst comes a 2nd time that would be what the NCAA calls a violation. That and the amount of visits. There are limits and I'd say 5 with a 6th on the way would be close if not over the amount allowed particularly a kid a year out. Rules may have changed but I'm pretty sure the HC can't even talk to the kid aside from hello/goodbye.(the Saban rule) We've got a rules guy that posts that would know the particulars of the rules.
Not picking on you personally as many here post about all these visits other schools make to see kids(usually to point out that LSU is dropping the ball) and it's almost unanimously bullshite.
