Correct. CRT is implemented in the pedagogy, not the curriculum. It's everywhere in government schools (and some private ones as well).
The way you bust it is to legislate to create a private cause of action against any organization or institution that violates the 1964 Civil Rights Act, which prohibits treating people differently on the basis of race. That means woke workplace sensitivity training, CRT pedagogy in the schools, etc. could all be bait for Dudley DeBosier and Put The Womac On 'Em to rush in with filings.
Siccing the plaintiff bar on these woke institutions is a massive win. It's how you kill the woke. Texas cracked the code on this with abortion, and it applies to CRT just as well.
