McCarthy is realistically a C+ coach, at best. He had perhaps the most gifted QB ever to play and they made but one SB and the fanbase wanted him fired 5 years before he actually was.

Even with Rodgers in the twilight of his career and management that he still hates, the team looks far better than anything under McCarthy in the last decade.

Tomlin's been to 2 Super Bowls, a conf champ and has a higher winning % than Harbaugh or Payton.

Belichick
Reid
Carroll been to 2 SBs and had winning record with 2 teams
Tomlin
Payton
Harbaugh

Of the B tier coaches listed in the OP, McCarthy is the “one of these is not like the other” who sticks out like a sore thumb.

Watch them get skull fricked on Saturday night. The FO can’t draft defense and they refuse to draft offense before the 5th round.
