I just looked at our developers current listings and they have a 1,650 square foot, 3 bedroom, 2 bath house for $324,900.

I bought my house in 2016, it's nearing doubling in value since then.

That's definitely not a brag as it does me no good since we don't plan to move any time soon. It's more detrimental with the raised property taxes, but I'm certainly not complaining either way.

I just hope it's still worth a good bit more a decade from now when my kids are out of the house, and the wife and I move out of the area.
