Any really good business card out there? Great rewards, etc. I know there used to be a thread about cards but I think it focused more on personal cards.

Chase has quite a few that are good. I've had the business ink in the past, but mainly just got it for the sign up bonus so I didn't keep it after the first year.
I think at the time the sign up was 100k UR points and I self referred for an additional 20k.

I have Amex for my whole staff.
Business Plat
Business Delta Reserve
Business Marriott
I pay about $10k year in fees on $2-2.25m expenses for myself and staff. We reap a lot of benefits through elite status in lieu of other compensation.
I think it depends on your annual spend, amex fit the bill for us considering we fly delta a lot (MSY -> LAX) and while staying there, rather than rack up points on the Biz Plat, I figured why not 5x points with Marriott card. Between the 4 of us we max out our annual benefits for the Delta and Marriott card by Q2/3 then utilized whatever is left on the platinum from there.

I was thinking of the Amex Plat. Have quite a bit of travel planned for this year. How does it work for staff? Every cardholder gets the benefits or just the primary?

Depends on what you value and what your spend is in and how much. The popular ones (some of these numbers may be slightly off as the offers are always changing):
Amex Blue business plus is no frills 2x amex points on everything up to 50k/year
Blue business cash is same except 2% cash back instead of points
Platinum Biz has a $695 annual fee for between 100K-150K Amex points has $400 Dell credit, $200 airline credit, $179 CLEAR credit per year. They offer free authorized user cards (are gold but don't get any benefits), or you can pay for authorized user cards to get the Platinum benefits, I believe $175 for 3 total.
Biz Gold I believe is $250 for 90K
Chase is coming out with a new business card this month that's 2% everything, 2.5% on purchases >$5K
Chase Ink Unlimited and Cash are 75K Chase UR for $7.5K, the unlimited is 1.5x off everything and the Cash gets 5x at office supply stores, internet, cable.
Chase Ink Preferred is 100k for 10K spend, 3x travel 5x shipping.
Capital one Spark are 2% with $99 AF I believe. They do occasionally put out some great sign up bonuses.

One of two options.
You get a card and then, I think 4 free, employee cards tied to your account. OR
Each employee has an individual account.
I ate the AF’s as a benefit for my employees.
