However, if you don’t want to do that for the rest of your life then go back to school or pursue a different career path that you enjoy.

That’s exactly why they’re so many help wanted signs. People who were once in those jobs, when laid off decided to better their life by either going to school trade/CC and just changing industries. Only the shite jobs with shite management and shite pay are looking for help. The good jobs are perfectly staff. All these companies are whining that “no one want’s to work,” when in reality it’s their fault no one wants to work for them.

that isn't 100 percent true. Plenty of very good accounting firms are way under staffed, throwing huge money at people and are unable to fill openings because the ones above them are having to do the same thing.

Oh, so a global company offering $40 per hour(to start), opportunities for advancement, pension, 401K matching, paid vacation, job stability, and medical/vision/dental/life is a shite job?

We've been grossly understaffed for nearly five years.
We've dropped our requirements from degree/5 years exp. to do you have a pulse.
We even hire the green-haired freaks.
We hired 37 in Oct, most of them have quit.
The rest have been fired for refusing to come to work, refusing to work, behavioral problems and repeatedly making stupid mistakes.
We might have 10-12 of the 37 left, it's hard to keep up because we're firing them so fast. (We are VERY lenient)

We need 40-50 new employees.
