I just got my first estimate (very similar project as yours). He was charging $1.50 install LVT and $3.50 demo wood and tile.
After looking at your quote, ill definitely be getting another quote. Again, really glad you made this thread
Are you happy with the vinyl? I was set on porcelain but people really seem to like the vinyl

Let me get back with you on that info - walking out the house now - I’ll update this post in a couple hours or so.
ETA: I’m working with an interior designer/organizer to update the house interior. She recommended the person/company whose name/company I’m going to provide you. The designer said her clients, and herself, have been happy with his work for those that chose to hire him for floor installation work.
