I'm sure they'll shite on us for firing him like an 11-11 record over two years and horrific mismanagement off the field aren't cause for firing at most p5 schools, much less one at the standard of lsu. Would ohio state keep a coach with that record? Would bama? What about Oklahoma or Georgia? No,no,no, and no

They think because he’s from Louisiana, he should be here until he retires. It’s completely asinine.

A segment of our fans that seem to pine for Louisiana or else “our kinda guy” don’t help with that perception.

Hé was not « our kind of guy », he never was. He quit on LSU as a player AND coach.

He is taking money for doing nothing and basically trashing the football program.

Is that what « an our-kind-of -guy » does?

To me “our kind of guy” should be a winner with integrity. He could come from Timbuktu for all I care

He was awesome in 2018 and 2019. Every other year he was average to poor.

Did he talk about how the interview with Pelini went?
Did he ever find a DB who could cover Giles?
Did he 'splain why E was the best OC in all of CFB?

O's a model of a mature, south LA man. We were fortunate top have him associated with our university.

Except he didn't mention him once. He actually attributed the summer of catching 10,000 balls to Mickey Joseph.

I thought it was pretty good. He basically admitted Burrow deserved all of the credit for 2019 and that he didn’t have to coach during the season because Joe held the players accountable himself

The amount of people on this board that are still obsessed with hating O is incredible
