Assuming she’s still living in the GNO area, $275k can maybe get you a small condo in a decent area in Metairie. As for Orleans she’ll be lucky to get a place in Gentily for that much, def nothing uptown or WHD. Regardless, $275k is a nice down payment on a new home that most people don’t have.
