This is true in all businesses. I always told my GMs to find the bad seeds on their leadership teams and fire or move them within the first 3 months. You’ll be able to pick them out. My mentor said to do it within a month, but I’ve always felt like you couldn’t get a feel for who was being held back by the previous leader especially when we moved that leader for poor results.
