If so, it's amazing to me that these kids can't get things straight for a few years. If he does, he could be a mid-round DB and make the league. Hope this is a wake up call and he ramps up to be a great tiger and more...

He's a really big need for next season.

The reason so many of these kids are having problems in the classroom, is Coach O check out on the program and there was no discipline what so ever. Most of the players barely went to class and when they did go, they weren't doing sh$t.This is beyond sad.

I really hope he is back. I really like Dwight and believe he is all LSU.

I hear you but coach O can't be held responsible for every student athlete going to class. There are folks hired that do this job. My gosh, c'mon man...

Coach O shouldn’t be the one telling them to meet a minimum gpa which is a fricking 2.3
If you can’t keep a 2.3 gpa, you are the problem not the coach

Yes, he was academically ineligible. Don’t know if they will ever announce that, since they aren’t required to do so, but he was academically ineligible for the game.

If the student-athletes don't have any fear of consequences from the head coach, there's not much that support staff can do.

Accountability lies on the hands of the students. Not O. And no, O was not a good leader last 2 years

He just tweeted a black heart and Eli Ricks liked it lol. Please stay.

Failing a class is not on the head coach. And that's a consequence. No pass, no play. Unless you are saying head coaches or support staff routinely fix grades.

If grades are the issue with eligibility, then he wouldn’t be eligible to play immediately elsewhere right? Might as well get eligible to play where you’re basically assured of being the number 1 CB.

We apparently seriously make our players pass to be eligible. Alabama got Eddie lacy eligible and he couldn’t read.
