So we all knew that players were paid beneath the table. Knowing that truth what is the option here? Players aren't just playing for the pride of their school. There is too much money in CFB and football in general for it to be a pure sport like what you are describing.

Not saying it doesn't feel the same either, but my point is that vision of college football has not existed for a long time now.
