I’ve been kicking around TRT for a while. My levels were mid to low 400s. I am reluctant because when I am doing what I need to do, working out, eating cleanly, etc. I feel pretty good. I haven’t been doing that for about 2 months now and just starting to get myself back into the routine. Even when I was though, I saw these guys on T and they were like 20 yr olds with all the energy they had. I go back and forth on whether I should try to get levels up to around 700-800 or if it would really make that much difference. I’m 40 btw

first make sure oyu are getting good sleep. 8 hours every night pretty much uninterrupted. if not fix that first.

fix your diet

start lifting

de-stress your life

get rid of alcohol

and you say they were low to mid 400s...was that one test, multiple test etc

what were your free test numbers as that is really what matters

estrogen

igf

plenty of other things to check before just jumping on.
