We camped in Two Medicine, hiked around lake about 6 miles to some falls. On the way back stopped at the dock and took the boat back to campsite. Think we still had to pay for a two way boat ride but it was fun.
Camped at Many Glacier. Ptarmigan Tunnel/Iceberg Lake is a must in that area. Both are wonderful and not a real hard hike(15 miles round trip if you see both I believe) There can be high bear activity on these trails and they close them sometimes.
Camped in Waterton Park Canada one night. Took the boat into the park and that was the best boat ride we had. The guide was really informative on geology and even funny in a cheesy way. Didn't hike any there but the views from the lake are worth it.
There are not many bad hikes in Glacier. Look up Hike734 on Youtube. He has hiked every mile of trail and posted. Also sells great maps, better than the N.P. ones.
