I don't eat either of those things. I've had enough chicken to last 10 lifetimes. Rarely eat veggies. One thing I'm not doing is ingesting a bunch of drinks with things like maltodextrin, sucralose, carrageenan, guar gums, etc in them nor am I drinking a bunch of 'diet' sodas telling myself it will help me lose weight.
