This week's breakfast is the usual:
60g oats
1 scoop chocolate casein
1 tbsp peanut butter (mixed nut butter from Costco actually)
1 Monster Zero... bc you can take the man out of the trash but you cant take the trash out of the man

Lunches:
LINK / but add cauli rice to bulk up, and FF cottage cheese blended with chipotle peppers as a little sauce to add while eating.

Snacks:
Strawberries
Cantaloupe
Pineapple
Beef jerkey
Ryse cinnamon cereal whey

Got the usual prepped for this week.
Chicken thighs and mixed veggies.
Home Chef meals coming for dinner.
Quest bars/protein shakes for snacks/supplements

My meal plan this week is a little light on fat; I had over half of my day's fat left at dinner, so I put 7g butter and 28g cheese on my potatoes

Amazing how much more you appreciate that after not getting that much fat for a few weeks.

Tomorrow/rest of week ill do more almond butter in my breakfast and that should square up my day.
