What are you eating when you eat? Up your fat and you should feel fuller with less. Try making a meatloaf or burgers with some good 80/20 and bacon. Boiled eggs for a quick snack.

May be related. I am way, way more hungry all afternoon after I work out at lunchtime than when I don't work out.
