Finally lost enough weight to get back into running a couple times a week and have been doing slow controlled low weight High rep dumbbell exercises for a few months now.

I’ve never been into weight lifting. I was always a runner/bike/cardio junkie before I blew up to an obese whale. I’m becoming obsessed with the weight training.
