It will not crash and burn but the ncaa will tweak it year after year. Hopefully the first is a set max deal.

I was thinking about the max deal also. Make it like a salary cap. 1st year at XYZ program, max at xx. 2nd year at that program max rises. If player transfers he/she becomes first year player at that program. And transfers have a built in buyout clause like coaches. Someone will always find loopholes in everything but at least make it a challenge to do so.
