Not really, they were all for minor issues like going less than 10 above the speed limit, broken lights, or one where they said I didn't come to a complete stop eventhough I did. They do it because it's an economically unproductive parish (mostly their fault) and it's a money grab. Most Texas police departments usually focus on things like violent crimes (hence why their crime rates are generally lower). St Landry has lost put on a lot of economic development opportunities because of this.
