While there is no size limit, you do have to be so many feet away from a road and possibly neighbors, check local ordinances, but otherwise as long as you can do it safely go ahead I would think most 10 acre plots would be plenty to squirrel hint on and hog hunting if you could shoot in a safe direction (elevated platform)
