re: Changing bulbs in a vertical-pointing chandelier?

Same setup in my house with a with a big-arse chandelier that's a crazy height off the ground in the foyer.

My solution was to stand on the balcony and pull in the chandelier with a boat hook to change the bulbs.

Depending on the height of the balcony and distance to the chandelier you may need to be on a ladder.
