Hell, even if they made a tool for this, there is a very good chance you'd break a few bulbs trying to unscrew them.
I have the same type bulbs in 3 fixtures in my house and every once in a while, one will be so stuck that the bulb will break where it connects to the base and I then have to use a pair of needle nose pliers to get the base out.
Oh, and ALWAYS make sure the light is turned off when replacing bulbs.
