Hating someone that you disagree with politically is one thing, but Reid was without a doubt a vile, evil and corrupt piece of shite.

He earned this hate.

I vaguely remember the story of how he or his family bought a bunch of land in the middle of nowhere, then lo and behold, the government announced a huge highway project going right through his property which he eventually sold at a huge profit.
