Kind of as mentioned, it’s a mixed bag.
The streets that are close to SMHS and lake at white oak are good homes. Maybe dated and need work but very good for a family.
Some of the streets near O’Neal by city Cafe and that area can be suspect. I do remember a couple of the streets near the middle school being meh too.
I don’t have kids, but I have also heard the Shenandoah middle school is decent for BR standards so that neighborhood shouldn’t be going shite at an alarming rate if that keeps up.
