No the argument was switching putters in general for consistency sake. And I do the opposite of the general rule for consistency sake in keeping the putting stroke generally the same length for the same length putt, regardless of a fast or slow green.

I'm sure if you were playing better courses 100% of the time, the same putter/consistency would hold true, but that's not the case in the Baton Rouge area lol

Greens are remarkably inconsistent. It usually takes me a while to get used to greens, so I like keeping the same putter, so at least one of the two remains consistent. Putting is unique to everyone, though. General rules are typically just something people read/hear that is done by professionals who are far superior to me, so they shouldn’t apply to me anyway.
