Eh. I mean, there was no reason to bring it to social media and turn it into a thing.. But if you read the entire article, he does sound like a turd.
It was a soft opening for an athleisure wear retail brand, not a law firm holiday party. She is seemingly fit, and if they had a photo with her arms down, the top probably only showed about an inch of her midriff since the pants are high waisted.
Plus, she mentioned he previously made Nice Guy comments like "you look so much better without makeup", or "you should wear this sweater instead of your top". The types of dudes that critique a woman they're seeing's style like that are never otherwise normal dudes. Normal dudes, even if they don't love the makeup someone wears or the clothes they wear, know not to say that to a woman they've been casually seeing.
