well that is kinda on you, no?

I've definitely seen some people say that can't saddle hunt because of the fidget factor (swinging side to side, standing up and down constantly, etc), so a saddle definitely isn't for everyone

but it definitely opens up more shooting angles, mobility, and access to more trees

trees with multiple trunks are the GOAT saddle trees

Probably. Not meaning to knock the saddle at all. If it works for you, hell yeah. I can see the value of keeping it in my toolbox and will be buying one for next season but it won't be my go to. I could have used one quite a bit when I was in Missouri this year.
