I probably need to get more comfortable with it. I shot around 75 times out of one from multiple angles and it took a lot of movement for me to switch to different shots. It was surprisingly comfortable.

I'm honestly trying to figure out how, or at least how moreso than a lock on

a deer comes behind you in a lock on, you are still needing to turn around and possibly lean around the tree

a deer comes on your weak side in a saddle, you are still going to need to turn around

just with a saddle, most of your strong side or front shots, you are going to have the tree to provide cover for you
