Maybe Kelly is smart enough and realized he made a mistake, and was man enough to go back to him and tell him Sorry and how wrong he was. Sorry let me make it up to you, first I’ll pay you a whole bunch of money and second you’ll have the best facilities and best athletes in college football. People give Kelly a lot of crap for not hiring this young flashy OC, oCs are turning him down . People don’t realize Kelly is playing more of the long game bringing stability. He is going to bring in his OC and DC not one who has done good for one or two years maybe three and jumps to be a head coach. it’s going to be the great OC the DC‘s who are content and being just that and keeps evolving through position coaches and Analyst . build a system to where you just pump athletes through year after year. He wants stability not changing OCs Dcs every year like Alabama does.
