You will be downvoted heavily for observing that Woodward was AWOL on the NIL war when it started.
But you are correct.
And, NIL is not limited to football.
The school AD will have to organize, teach and coordinate boosters for all sports as to why this is essential to be competitive.
The schools that did that, succeeded (so far).

It appears that the head football coach saga this year was conducted by Woodward in a way that made sense for the pre-NIL era instead of the current landscape. We will see.
