I don’t need to know what Jimbo and Dabo are saying. I read what the Supreme Court said. Preventing an athlete from using their NIL violates an athlete’s rights.

And there really aren’t any new rules, except the fact schools can not directly pay a player. It’s really about tearing down the rules that prevented players from making a buck via NIL.

And yes schools that understood what was happened and acted quickly certainly gained an advantage.
