Sounds like me growing up. I did allergy shots but was totally against taking daily medication. Vitamins and staying active. Rest and trip to Dr when sick.

Still get respiratory infections but it also keeps me active and eating healthy. Location makes a big difference. Hardly have any issues in Ak (unless around wildfires). Knoxville was the absolute worst place for me .
