LSU was #4 in scoring defense in 2014. You might be thinking 2013 when they were #21. Still much better than the last couple of years.

We went 8-5 that year, finished 4th in the West and 4-4 in SEC play. The games we lost we gave up: 34, 41, 20, 17, and 31 to ND.

I agree it’s been much better than the past couple of years, but again, that’s proof that the LSU DC job is not as elite and sought after as we try to convince ourselves!
